Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PRzilla web and mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PRzilla provides workout logging, training history, performance insights, timers, workout discovery, and optional artificial intelligence features for functional fitness athletes. Features may change as the Service evolves. PRzilla is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching supervision.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may not use another person's account without permission. PRzilla is not directed to children under 13.

PRzilla offers an always-free tier as well as an optional paid subscription called PRzilla Pro. A subscription is not required to use core workout logging, training history, personal records, timers, or Quick Add. Current Pro benefits and usage allowances are shown in the app before purchase and may be updated prospectively as the Service evolves. Changes will not remove access you have already paid for during the current billing period.

PRzilla Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period shown in the purchase screen are the terms that apply to your purchase. PRzilla Pro does not include a free trial. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown by the store unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel from PRzilla Settings or your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your PRzilla account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Canceling stops future renewals, and your Pro access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. Apple or Google processes subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests under its applicable policies. PRzilla does not receive or store your payment-card details. If a subscription price changes, the store will provide any notice or consent flow required by its rules and applicable law before the new price takes effect. You may cancel rather than renew at the changed price.

AI-generated coaching, workout analysis, recommendations, and other generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. They are informational tools, not medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional. Exercise carries inherent risks. Use your judgment, scale workouts to your abilities, inspect equipment, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Seek professional advice before beginning or changing an exercise program when appropriate.

You retain ownership of workout records, notes, images, and other content you submit. You grant PRzilla a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, evade usage limits, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by PRzilla and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of PRzilla's software, branding, workout database, designs, or other materials.

The Service relies on third parties including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and AI model providers. Their services and terms may also apply to your use. PRzilla is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, comply with law, address fraud or security risks, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." PRzilla disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, PRzilla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. PRzilla's aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to PRzilla during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them.
