Mobile App v1.4.0 — Coach Polish, Session List View & Score Badges

v1.4.0 focuses on coaching usability and faster day-to-day logging.

Coach Chat now feels cleaner and easier to read, including support for image attachments. We also added a session list view in the log flow so recent training is easier to scan, and WOD cards now show performance-level badges directly in Explore.
