Mobile App v1.8.0 — Quick Add, Complex Movements & Deep Links

Mobile App v1.8.0 — Quick Add, Complex Movements & Deep Links

v1.8.0 adds a faster way to log workouts, full complex movement support, and deep linking from the web.

Quick Add

  • Free-form text parsing — open the Quick Add sheet from the log workout screen, type something like "AMRAP 12: 5 power cleans @135, 10 push-ups", and PRzilla's AI parses it into structured movements and WOD scores.
  • Handles abbreviations, progressive weights, and benchmark WOD recognition — no manual searching or clicking required.

Complex Movements

Complex movement session cards with shared weight sets
  • First-class complexes — log complexes like "1 Power Clean + 1 High Hang Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk" as single session cards with movement names joined by "+".
  • Shared weight sets and notes — weights are listed once for the whole complex; add timing or technique notes per card.
  • Complex origin labels in movement history — history entries from complexes now show the full complex name for context.

Deep Links

  • iOS universal links & Android app links — przilla.app/wod/*, /explore, and /log routes open directly in the app.

Charts & Loading Polish

  • Skeleton loading & empty states — shimmer placeholders across Explore, Log, Session List, and Session Detail screens with pull-to-refresh support.
  • Rep Chart tab — new tab in the Edit Score dialog showing round-by-round movement breakdown with running totals; highlights the active round based on your entered rep count.
  • Bi-directional %1RM column — type a weight to see the percentage of your estimated 1RM, or type a percentage to compute the weight. Works in both kg and lb.

- **Machine calorie logging** — log calories for rower, bike, and ski erg; chart guards exclude calorie entries from distance/pace trends. - **Auto-scaling distance charts** — units adapt to the range of your data.
