Mobile App v1.9.0 - Training Max, Share WOD & Faster Logging

Mobile App v1.9.0 - Training Max, Share WOD & Faster Logging

v1.9.0 focuses on better training load decisions and faster mobile logging.

Smart Training Max now uses a time-decayed E1RM model and shows a practical 1RM-10RM table so you can pick working loads with less guesswork. On the logging side, common actions are quicker: swipe-to-delete set rows, share WODs directly from detail sheets, export your full training history to CSV, and enter percentage-based quick-add workouts.

Smart Training Max

  • Time-decayed E1RM model keeps your Training Max responsive to recent work while still showing All-time context.
  • 1RM-10RM reference table gives immediate target loads for common strength prescriptions.
  • %1RM UX improvements tighten visibility and per-score context while logging.

Faster Logging

  • Swipe-to-delete set rows in Flutter log workout.
  • Last-set delete behavior now removes the movement card with undo.
  • Percentage quick-add supports %1RM style programming directly.
  • Weighted vest support now works end-to-end in scoring and logging.

Share and Export

  • Share WOD from the WOD detail sheet to send workouts directly.
