Mobile App v1.14.0 - My Fitness Comes to Mobile
v1.14.0 makes My Fitness a first-class part of the mobile app.
The Fitness Level chart, Strength progression, Ownership tracking, and Training Balance - surfaces that have lived on web for a while - are now on iOS and Android, with Training Balance drilldown into the benchmarks behind each component score. This release also adds daily / weekly / monthly distance-based movement charts for patterns like monthly running mileage, gender-aware box-height autofill in workout logging, and a round of logging polish.
My Fitness, Now on Mobile
- Fitness Level: track your overall fitness over time and tap any month to surface your best performances from that period.
- Strength: CrossFit Total plus lift-by-lift progression with bodyweight ratio markers.
- Ownership: edit your benchmark values per movement and watch the proficiency / mastery / ownership thresholds light up.
- Training Balance: radar across six GPP components - Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed - with tap-to-drilldown into the contributing benchmarks for each component.
Custom WOD Analysis
- Analyze a WOD for the workout breakdown first, then tap "Calculate levels" only when you truly need level estimates.
- Benchmark generation is intentionally opt-in while we keep improving the feature.
- Custom WOD analysis is free during the beta period. It is planned to become a Pro/Paid feature later.
Sharper Workout Logging
- Uniform set patterns in WODs collapse into a tighter view.
- Live PR set highlighting while you log - see the row light up as you cross your projected PR.
- Session cards show their status at a glance - Not started, in progress, or completed - with per-set counts ("5/10 sets") on partial work so you can come back and close out.
Box Height Autofill
- Per-set box height now autofills by gender: 24" for men and 20" for women.
- Heights are still editable per set when your workout calls for something different.
Polish and Fixes
- Distance-based movement charts now support D/W/M granularity, so you can see patterns like monthly running mileage.
- Training Max explanation now matches the displayed plate-rounded TM.
- Movement history shows variable loads correctly.
- Magic Add materializes percent-based blocks.
- HYROX distance saves are allowed; cardio unit tags cleaned up; calorie set sequences render correctly.
- XENOM score displays now respect your weight unit preference.
- XENOM division recommendations now explain known blockers across announced events.
- New canonical movement: cycling.
