Mobile App v1.16.0 - Whiteboard for Free Daily Programming
v1.16.0 adds Whiteboard, a new mobile tab for free daily programming, and continues moving WOD logging into the same workout sessions you already use for training.
That gives PRzilla a cleaner path from "I want to do this workout" to "here is what I actually did" - including scaled work, changed loads, component notes, and final scores.
Whiteboard
Open Whiteboard to browse programming from sources like CrossFit.com and PushJerk, then add a workout straight into a session.
- Free programming can now become a planned or logged workout without leaving PRzilla.
- Source links and attribution stay visible.
- Whiteboard add flows are more reliable when a source workout is messy or previously cached.
Add to Session
WOD cards and analyzed workouts now use Add to session. Instead of jumping straight to a score dialog, a WOD becomes part of a real training day first.
From there, you can schedule it, adjust the work, mark what you completed, and keep the final score connected to the movement-level details underneath it. Add from favorites also lets you pull saved WODs into the active session.
Smarter WOD Score Syncing
WOD headlines now stay better aligned with the component work underneath them. If you edit rounds, reps, scaling, or completion state inside a session, PRzilla keeps the simple WOD result and the detailed work log in sync.
Preferred Weight Display
A new Settings toggle, Always show my preferred unit, keeps weights in your preferred unit across sessions, movement history, and WOD notation. Thanks to Antonio for the report.

Also Improved
- Custom WOD analysis can recognize catalog WODs instead of creating duplicates. Thanks to Mirko for the report.
- Typed units are preserved more faithfully across calories, runs, loads, and per-movement notes.
- Training Balance drilldowns open the right WOD or movement details more consistently. Thanks to Mirko for the report.
- Imported workout history handles calories, rounds plus reps, distances, strength sessions, and messy movement aliases with fewer manual fixes.
- Coach has richer context when you ask about an attached WOD, and daily briefings are more resilient when old memories or model responses get messy.
- Training log polish includes clearer unfinished days, cleaner movement cards, darker Log Workout snackbars, a Single-Arm Snatch icon, and a better session loading skeleton.
