Mobile App v1.26 - Log how you feel

Log how you feel (beta)

Open Log how you feel from the Log tab or a workout session to record a daily mood rating, soreness rating, and optional note. Reopen the same day to edit the check-in.

AI Coach uses your mood, soreness, and optional note as current context in chat and the daily briefing.

This first version is in beta. A mood-and-soreness calendar and a more polished check-in inside workout sessions are coming next.

Lifetime totals for every movement

Movement Stats now show an ALL TIME block beneath your records. Depending on the movement, it includes sessions, sets or intervals, reps, tonnage, distance, calories, and hold time.

Sessions count once per workout. Failed or unfinished sets do not count. Sets reconstructed from a WOD are shown as a minimum when PRzilla knows the prescribed chunks but not every break you took. Tonnage only uses weight you explicitly logged; bodyweight is never added automatically.

Give a month, get a month

Open Settings -> PRzilla Pro -> Plan and benefits -> Refer a friend to share your code. After your friend joins and logs their first workout, you both receive one free month of PRzilla Pro. If you already have an active paid subscription, the reward is banked for later. Referrers can earn up to 12 months per year.

On iPhone, your friend enters the code from Refer a friend after installing the app; the install itself does not carry the code.

Better context from training and recovery

  • Apple Health workout import now covers walking, court and team sports, combat sports, studio sessions, and more, with sport-specific icons and heart-rate-zone context. Thanks to Francois for flagging the gap.
  • Personalized heart-rate-zone time can raise a session's intensity when sustained hard work or a short Zone 5 effort warrants it, while short efforts keep their second-level precision.
  • Cardio personal records now separate fixed-distance benchmarks from free efforts, so arbitrary interval lengths no longer dilute real benchmark history.
  • Recovery history remains available at the start of a new week before the latest wearable data arrives. Thanks to Mirko Salaris for flagging it.
  • Daily briefings refresh after you log or edit recent training, and Coach uses the exact date of scheduled sessions. Thanks to Mirko Salaris and António Silva for flagging the date confusion.
  • Ask AI Coach to build a session after you have already trained and it will still program around the work you logged instead of declining the request.

Logging and session fixes

  • Ladder workouts prefill the next prescribed rung and keep it while you correct a partial round.
  • Long runs use miles in imperial completion summaries instead of a large distance in feet.
  • Time entries can be applied to all sets below and undone like other set fields.
  • Repeated set-validation errors are grouped into clearer messages.
  • Bilateral Z Press and Dumbbell Z Press are tracked separately from Single-Arm Z Press.
  • Two-implement dumbbell and kettlebell movements now show lb/hand while logging and /hand on records, with corrected power in WOD score details.
  • Seesaw Press, Seated Seesaw Press, Seesaw Press in Squat, and Single-Arm Overhead Cable Curl are now tracked. Thanks to António Silva for the requests.
  • Moving a training session keeps every workout and movement on the selected day. Thanks to Mirko for flagging it.
  • Shared session recaps reflect the workout you just finished, and the Edit Score screen no longer shows a cramped partial-reps hint. Thanks to Mirko for flagging the recap issue.
  • WOD analysis only hides guidance behind See more when there is substantially more to read.
  • Password-reset email now sends a secure one-hour recovery link. Thanks to u/firepickleball for flagging it.

Also on the web

  • Roadmap filters remember your selections, suggestions use more compact status-accented cards, and a suggestion can include a screenshot for clearer context. The mobile Settings screen now links straight to the roadmap.
  • Custom workouts you create no longer appear in Google search results.
  • WOD pages now load through an edge cache. They put app-store buttons directly on phones, while desktop keeps the QR code.
  • Beta-access requests now reach the PRzilla team reliably.

Private gym reports

MOC monthly rankings now qualify athletes after three logged days. Overall combines Strength and Conditioning days toward that minimum, while still requiring activity in both.

Chart dots now reflect how many logged days support each result, populated months open their WODs in the existing detail view, and report footers show when the data was last refreshed.

Private review links remain stable across report refreshes.
