Mobile App v1.28 - Search your training history
The calendar, rebuilt - and searchable
The Log calendar has been rebuilt, and your training history is now searchable from it. Look for any session by WOD, movement, notes, sets, weight, reps, or rounds.

The calendar itself switches between four lenses - Activity, Intensity, Mood, and Soreness - so what you trained and how you felt sit on the same grid. Tap any day to open it.
Four is where it starts. The same lens framework can colour a calendar by anything worth seeing week over week, and more views are coming: bodybuilding splits, push versus pull balance, a muscle map, running-specific views, and lenses built from your own tags - a Zone 2 lens, say.
Explore, redesigned around libraries
Explore now opens to separate WOD and movement catalogs. Search and filter either one, then open any movement for its full description, records, and history - no longer cut off after three lines.

Multi-week Routines are listed there too, marked as coming soon.
Bring your history from another app
Already tracking somewhere else? Choose your export in Settings and we will bring over the workout history it contains.

Imports are handled by hand during the beta. Separately, tapping a workout in Synced workouts now marks that row as importing while it works, and confirms as soon as the import finishes.
In beta: leaderboards, and a timer that shows the workout
Two features enter beta this release.
Global leaderboards rank fitness, improvement, streaks, all-time and monthly scores, named WODs, and country activity - on the web as well as in the app. Imported scores count alongside scores logged one at a time.

The workout timer is redesigned to show the workout. Instead of a bare clock, it lists every movement and round and follows them in order: the live step is lit, finished steps are struck through, and the rounds ahead stay collapsed so a long workout does not outrun the screen.

Tap a step to finish it; tap undo and you step back exactly one, so correcting a mistake never discards the work behind it. It records your rest, shows the level you are currently holding, and carries your round splits into the score notes when you log - written under anything you have already typed, never over it. Max-effort stations take their reps from a number wheel with quick-add buttons, and an interrupted session restores where you left it.
A correctness pass across the catalog
Death by Burpees, Death By Pull-Ups, and Strict Lynne gave you nowhere to enter a result - they carried no score type at all. All three now score properly, with Death by Burpees on Rounds + Reps and an EMOM-ready timer. Lift Move Work and Semifinals 21.4 were scored as the wrong type and now use load and reps.
Barbara carries her 3 minutes of rest between rounds, along with twelve other workouts whose prescribed rest was described but never present in the workout itself.
Bodyweight-percentage loads are corrected on ten benchmarks. Distances read the way the workout was written - Murph's 1 mile Run, 50 ft shuttle runs - rather than being converted into your display units. Doubled rep counts are fixed on five more workouts, and nine more - including 12 Days of Christmas, CrossFit Games 21.15, and Last Chance Qualifiers 21.1 - show their movement breakdown in the tracker instead of an empty card.
The 301 Test joins the catalog, and CrossFit Football Total now scores all four lifts together instead of grading each lift on its own.
Thanks to Julien for reporting the missing score fields.
Fourteen new movements
Front Lever and Back Lever are now in the catalog for the bar as well as the rings, each with tuck, advanced tuck, and new single-leg hold progressions. German Hang, Front Lever Raise, Curtsy Lunge, and Kettlebell Woodchopper are new too.

Thanks to António Silva and David Best for the requests.
Also fixed
Choose multiple coaching focuses during onboarding and in Coach Settings, see a full example report from the Pro paywall, and find Rate PRzilla and a new About page in Settings.
Fixed: AMRAP Rounds + Reps scores that changed after saving, add pickers that did not focus the search box, Fitness Level when no gradable scores exist, workouts planned for a future day counting toward Total sessions and Weekly streak, the timer button disappearing from a WOD card, and daily briefings vanishing when two refreshes finished at once.
Thanks to Sabina, Julien, and daveb88 for the reports.
