The 2026 Community Cup workouts are in PRzilla

Open all four 2026 CrossFit Community Cup workouts, move between them from any workout page, and find the complete 2025 set in PRzilla.

The 2026 CrossFit Community Cup runs from August 1 through August 31. Athletes complete four workouts at an affiliate and compete against people at a similar competition level.

The Level 10 version of all four workouts is now searchable and loggable in PRzilla. We also added Community Cup 25.1, 25.2, and 25.3, bringing the Community Cup category to seven workouts across two years.

Community Cup 26.1

Community Cup 26.1 starts with a 1,000-meter row, followed by five rounds of 25 pull-ups and 7 shoulder-to-overheads at 135/85 lb. The time cap is 20 minutes, with a tiebreak after the row.

This is the 2007 Hopper workout: a long pull-up and shoulder-to-overhead test after the row has already raised your heart rate.

Community Cup 26.2

Community Cup 26.2 is CrossFit Total: establish a 1-rep-max back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift, in that order. You get up to three attempts per lift. Your score is the sum of your heaviest successful lifts in pounds.

These are actual singles, which matters when PRzilla calculates strength estimates. The distinction is covered in Why high-rep WOD sets don't determine your 1RM.

Community Cup 26.3

Community Cup 26.3 has three 4-minute work windows separated by 2-minute rests. For Levels 9 and 10, each window starts with 10 shuttle runs and 21 toes-to-bars. The remaining time goes to snatches in round one, overhead squats in round two, and squat snatches in round three at 135/95 lb.

Every completed rep counts toward the score. The full workout, including the two rest periods, runs for 16 minutes.

Community Cup 26.4

Community Cup 26.4 is two rounds of 150 double-unders, 100 air squats, and 50 alternating dumbbell snatches at 50/35 lb. It has a 20-minute cap and a tiebreak at the end of round one.

That is 600 scored reps if you finish: 300 double-unders, 200 air squats, and 100 dumbbell snatches.

Find them in PRzilla

Open the Community Cup category or search for the exact workout name. The category includes 25.1 through 25.3 and 26.1 through 26.4. Each result includes the reviewed prescription, movement list, scoring format, scaling guidance, and time cap where one applies. Where the workout has programmed work and rest intervals, the PRzilla timer follows that structure.

Once you open any 2026 workout, the Community Cup 26 Series pills let you move directly between 26.1, 26.2, 26.3, and 26.4 without returning to search. The 2025 workout pages have the same year-specific navigation for 25.1 through 25.3.

The main prescriptions shown here are for Level 10. Other competition levels can change movements, reps, and loads, so check your official division scorecard before you start. Logging a result in PRzilla keeps it in your own training history; official Community Cup score submission still happens through CrossFit.
