Workout Description

12 minute amrap 2-4-6-8-10 and so on box jump over 24 sh2ovh 135 t2b

Why This Workout Is Hard

This 12-minute AMRAP combines moderate loading (135lb shoulder-to-overhead, 24" box jump) with escalating rep schemes that create significant fatigue accumulation. The continuous format with no built-in rest, combined with three different movement patterns that stress grip (T2B), legs (box jumps), and shoulders (S2OH), creates multiple limiting factors hitting simultaneously. Most average athletes will complete 4-5 rounds before hitting a wall, making this a challenging but achievable workout for experienced CrossFitters.
