Benchmark Notes

This is 5 rounds of 20 pull-ups, 30 double-unders, 10 toes-to-bar, and 30 KB swings: 100 pull-ups, 150 double-unders, 50 TTB, and 150 swings total. Grip is the limiter because every round stacks pull-ups, TTB, and swings. L5 (~26:00) allows roughly 5:00 per round for an RX athlete breaking gymnastics and swings under accumulating grip fatigue; L8-L10 require keeping most rounds near 3:00 or faster with very small breaks.
