Workout Description

Every 5:00 for 5 rounds: • 50 double-unders • 10 kipping pull-ups • 10 push jerks (105/155 lb.) • 50-ft walking lunge Rest with the remaining time in the intervals** This workout will only be performed by athletes taking the 7:30-2:30 PM WOD classes led by CrossFit Seminar Staff **
