Modality Profile
Two unique movements: Power Cleans (Weightlifting) and Lateral Burpees Over Bar (Gymnastics/bodyweight). Alternating Reverse Lunges use the same barbell in front rack position as the Power Cleans, making it a weighted movement (Weightlifting), but it's performed as part of the same complex. The workout contains 50% Weightlifting movements and 50% Gymnastics movements.
