Mobile App v1.35 - Programs for Pro

Programs is open to every Pro member as a public beta. Tell AI Coach your goals and how often you can train, and it builds a plan around them. You can start in Explore → Programs or ask for a program in Coach chat.

Answering Coach's questions in the program setup

Review the plan, then start it on any day you like. If you miss a session, the next one waits for you, and you can move it to another date or skip it. Either choice can be undone. When Coach knows your max for a lift, it can suggest working weights from that number.

We'd love to hear how it goes. Send bugs or suggestions from Settings → Feedback & Community → Send Feedback, or join us on Discord.

More Apple Health data for AI Coach

On iPhone, Coach can now use your steps and exercise minutes. A long walk or a day on your feet can explain why you feel tired, even without a logged workout.

You can also share overnight breathing rate and wrist temperature, both optional. If Apple Health is already connected, the app will ask whether to share the new categories.

Find WODs by movement

Every movement page now has a WODs list showing the workouts that use it, with filters to narrow the results. The Stats tab is also easier to read, with a simpler rep-max table and clearer workout history.

Review your WOD before saving

We've added a review step to Add WOD so you can catch mistakes in movements, rounds or reps before saving your workout. It's available to invited beta testers for now.

Also in this release

  • Most Logged is now Most Days, which counts the days you open PRzilla.
  • Finished WOD timers save your result and open the workout in your tracker. Entering a finished WOD time also checks off its sets.
  • Shared workout links keep your edited weights and movements. Percentage-based weights let friends use their own max.
  • WOD score history refreshes when you open it, including scores logged on another device.
  • Daily briefings are shorter, and tables in briefing chat display correctly.
  • In the on-demand briefing beta, you can tell Coach about your plans for the day before requesting a briefing.
  • Searching Cable Lat Pullover now finds Straight-Arm Pull-Down along with your existing history.

Thanks to Julien Duvanel, António Silva, Mirko Salaris and David Best for their feedback and bug reports.
