For load: 1-rep-max clean and jerk At 15:00 on the same clock as Service Cup 26.3A, you have three minutes to establish your heaviest clean and jerk. The window is 15:00–18:00 even if you finish 3A early. Both scores must come from the same session. Take as many attempts as needed and adjust the weight up or down in increments of at least 5 lb. A successful lift counts if the bar leaves the ground before 18:00. Assistance loading and a second bar are allowed. Score is the heaviest successful clean and jerk in pounds. Tiebreak: your score in 26.3A.
Secure a heavy clean and jerk under residual fatigue with a short, deliberate attempt plan.
Choose an opener you can jerk confidently after 3A. If you finish early, use the time before 15:00 to recover and warm up; only lifts begun inside the 15:00–18:00 window count toward 3B.
Both divisions establish a 1-rep-max clean and jerk after their prescribed version of 3A. In training, prioritize a controlled heavy single and use smaller increases if the overhead catch becomes unstable.
