Workout Description

For total reps for as long as possible: Minute 1: 1 Pull-Up Minute 2: 2 Pull-Ups Minute 3: 3 Pull-Ups Continue adding 1 Pull-Up every minute for as long as the prescribed number of reps can be completed within the minute. Score completed minutes plus reps completed in the first failed minute.
